RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY: Our products works perfectly and all our customers are always delighted they purchased from us. However, if for any reason, you’d like to return the item please let us know within a maximum of 7 days.

RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY

• If you need to replace or return the goods, contact the mailbox [email protected] for replacement or return within seven days of receipt (from the date of signature) if more than seven days, no replacement or return will be process.
• Returned goods please do not use and keep the product clean and undamaged.
• Please keep all accessories and small bills (e.g. original packaging, product labels, warranty, manuals, receipts, freebies, accessories, certificates).
• If the returned product does not meet the above requirements, we will consider that the product will affect the second sale.
• Product must not be deformed, worn or damaged.
• Missing gifts, accessories and damaged labels.
• Incorrect use and improper storage methods lead to a decrease in product quality.

• Collision Abuse Not in use
• Water Accident
• Product changes and incorrect use which lead to product quality problems
• Torn labels, scratched off label numbers and tamper-evident marks.

REFUND POLICY

• Refund after item is returned is initiated after proper check of equipment and satisfied that you’ve not violated any of our return policy.
• You just get to pay a delivery fee for the agent coming to pick the item

Our Refund Policy Is Of 3 Stages

• 90% refund if the return is initiated within 24 hours after delivery.
• 75% refund if the return is initiated within 3 days after delivery.
• 50% refund if the return is initiated within 7 days after delivery.
• PLEASE NOTE, NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY

 REFUND PROCESS

After receiving the goods, if there is any dissatisfaction, under the premise of ensuring the integrity of the goods are not damaged, can be returned within 7 days.

If a problem occurs due to a defective product we will be happy to replace or return it to you and we will cover the shipping costs.

PREPARE THE ITEM: Place the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, labels or freebies. If the product is stained or compromised in anyway, your return will be invalid.

WAIT FOR THE DELIVERY AGENT: Our agent will come to you to pickup the item within 1 – 3 days and after it has been inspected and verified, your refund will be processed accordingly.
